Role Overview

We seek a motivated and strategic leader to manage our airport operations at outstations in the Indian Subcontinent. This pivotal position involves overseeing ground handling, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence in alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily airport operations, including passenger services, ramp, check-in, baggage handling, lounges, and ticketing, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums, coordinating with customs, immigration, airport authorities, and partners.
• Lead, develop, and motivate airport teams and frontline leaders, enforcing grooming standards, performance targets, and adherence to operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive operational planning and problem-solving to maintain smooth daily workflow and resolve challenges promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a university degree.
• Possesses at least 8 years of progressive experience in airport or ground operations.
• Has a minimum of 5 years in supervisory roles within Tier 1 or Tier 2 global airports.
• Experienced in managing passenger processing, ramp activities, baggage handling, and load control operations.
• Preferably has experience with station start-up or new station launches.
