Training & Career Development

Your path to becoming a certified cabin crew member starts with a six-week comprehensive training course, where you will acquire essential skills for delivering exceptional safety and customer service onboard. The course includes periodic exams, supernumerary flights, and culminates in earning your Cabin Crew Wings. As part of Ryanair's culture, numerous career paths are possible, including progressing to Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight Services.

Work Schedule & Responsibilities

Life as a cabin crew member is rewarding yet demanding, with safety as the highest priority. You will work a fixed pattern of 5 days on followed by 3 days off. Shift hours can start as early as 5 a.m. and extend late into the evening, sometimes until midnight. Candidates should be ready to adapt to early and late shifts.

• Estimated annual salary around €28,999, based on roughly 850 flight hours annually (actual earnings may vary by hours flown and operational factors)

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must have unrestricted rights to reside and work in the EU and be able to travel freely within the Ryanair network
• Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”)
• Able to swim 25 meters unaided
• Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly disposition
• Adaptable and willing to work shift rosters
• Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English
• Passion for travel and meeting new people
