Event Details
We invite you to attend our Cabin Crew Information Day on August 6th in Memmingen. This event offers a realistic and interactive glimpse into a cabin crew’s daily responsibilities and a chance to meet with other motivated candidates ready for the next career step.
Location: Venue to be announced shortly in Memmingen, Bavaria, Germany.
Schedule: Starts at 10:30 AM and concludes at 2:00 PM.
Walk-ins are welcome, provided attendees hold unrestricted rights to live, work, and travel within the European Union.
Training and Career Path
Your journey begins with an intensive 6-week training course encompassing essential skills for delivering top-notch safety and customer service. Regular assessments and exams will be part of the learning process. Training will culminate in supernumerary flights, followed by certification as a qualified cabin crew member.
Ryanair offers numerous growth opportunities, including roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially Director of Inflight Services.
Work Conditions and Benefits
Cabin crew duties require a strong commitment to safety and a flexible approach to shift work. Roster patterns include early shifts starting as early as 5 AM and late shifts ending around midnight. The role combines rewarding experiences with demanding responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Unrestricted EU right to live, work, and travel freely within Ryanair’s network
- Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”)
- Ability to swim 25 meters without assistance
- Hardworking, adaptable, and flexible personality with a friendly disposition
- Comfortable working in a shift roster system
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong enthusiasm for travel and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
