Role Overview
Join one of Europe's largest airline groups as a Cabin Crew member based at London Stansted Airport. As part of a team of over 16,000 crew members operating from more than 90 bases, you will deliver exceptional customer service to over 600,000 passengers on more than 3,600 daily flights.
Training and Career Progression
No previous experience is required as comprehensive training is provided free of charge, including internationally recognized certified courses. Successful completion of training awards you a Cabin Crew Wings badge, allowing you to embark on your in-flight service career. Opportunities to advance your career include roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or potentially Director of Inflight.
Work Environment and Schedule
This role demands commitment to safety and accommodates a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will be expected to work early morning shifts starting as early as 5 am, as well as late shifts that may extend until midnight. A passion for customer service and the ability to work energetically on varied shift patterns are essential.
Application Requirements
- Right to live and work unrestricted in the UK or freedom to travel throughout the airline's network is mandatory.
- Height must be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others while swimming.
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality preferred.
- Willingness to work shift rosters including both early and late shifts.
- Excellent public interaction skills and positive customer service attitude.
- Proficiency in English language is required, including passing an English language assessment.
- Strong enthusiasm for traveling and meeting diverse people.
Applicants must complete and pass a mandatory English proficiency test and situational judgment test during the selection process, with failure to do so resulting in disqualification.
