Cabin Crew Position Based in Dubai for New York Operations

Overview

This role goes beyond delivering outstanding service; safety and leadership onboard are paramount responsibilities. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers, providing assistance, guidance, and ensuring a seamless flying experience.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify professionalism and hospitality by delivering attentive, culturally aware service to a diverse range of passengers.
• Manage onboard safety protocols, including aircraft security and emergency procedures, with confidence.
• Participate in comprehensive training at our advanced facility in Dubai to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service sectors.
• High school completion (Grade 12) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• Physical requirements include a minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm while on tiptoes to access safety equipment.
• No visible tattoos are allowed while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
• Eligible to live and work in Dubai with fulfillment of UAE employment visa conditions.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed base salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flight operation hourly pay at AED 69.60, with an average monthly flight time of 80-100 hours.
• Combined average monthly earnings around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3100, EUR 2600 or GBP 2280) for Economy Class grade.
• Meal allowances for overnight stays are credited in the subsequent month's salary.
