About the Role
We seek individuals with vibrant personalities who can bring comfort and ease to passengers. As the face of Emirates, cabin crew members provide friendly, observant, and attentive support to travelers. Beyond hospitality, the role focuses heavily on safety leadership, managing aircraft services, and implementing security and emergency procedures. Comprehensive professional training is provided at our advanced Dubai facility.
Key Qualifications & Criteria
- Minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service roles
- Positive mindset with an ability to deliver excellent teamwork-based service across diverse cultures
- High school diploma (Grade 12) as minimum education
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Minimum height of 160 cm and capable of reaching up to 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
- No visible tattoos while in uniform, without reliance on cover-ups
- Must be eligible to work in Dubai under UAE visa regulations as the role is Dubai-based

Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed basic monthly salary of AED 4,980
- Hourly flying pay at AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 hours monthly
- Average total remuneration approximately AED 11,244 per month (about USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280)
- Meal allowances for overnight stops paid monthly in arrears
