Event details

The information day will take place on 6 August 2026 in Venlo. The venue will be announced later. The session begins at 09:00 sharp and finishes at 13:00. A company presentation will open the event, and from 12:00 onward the recruiter will be available for candidates who want to take the next step and complete an interview.

Walk-ins are accepted, provided applicants meet the eligibility conditions and have the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

Role overview

The airline is recruiting the next wave of cabin crew members for its Autumn/Winter intake across more than 90 operational bases. Cabin crew work is centered on delivering first-rate safety and customer service to passengers while operating on Ryanair Group aircraft. The company carries over 600,000 passengers each day across more than 3,600 daily flights.

The position includes a structured 6-week training programme covering the essential knowledge and skills needed for day-to-day cabin crew duties. Training includes regular exams, supernumerary flights, and ends with Cabin Crew Wings.

Working pattern and environment

This is a demanding role where safety comes first. Crew members should expect both early and late shifts. Early duty can begin as early as 5:00 am, while late duty may end close to midnight. The role suits candidates who are comfortable with shift work and early starts.

The position offers a fixed roster pattern of 5 days on and 3 days off.

• They must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely across the Ryanair network.
• Preferred height is approximately between 157 cm and 188 cm.
• They must be able to swim 25 metres without assistance.
• They should be hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with a fast-paced roster.
• An outgoing, friendly personality is an advantage.
• They should enjoy serving the public and be able to provide excellent customer service with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong spoken and written English is required.
• A genuine interest in travel and meeting new people is important.
