Position Overview

We are seeking Cabin Crew to join our team based in Darwin. This role involves serving flights that support the resource industry, cater to private charter clients, and operate Regular Passenger Transport services in collaboration with QantasLink, including domestic and international destinations. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with significant variety and career development opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer service-oriented, safety conscious, and able to maintain professionalism while delivering excellent passenger experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years before starting employment
• At least two years of experience in a high-pressure customer service role
• No visible tattoos when wearing the company uniform
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to swim a minimum of 50 meters unaided
• Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) upon background check
• Provide First Aid, CPR, and RSA certifications along with a valid passport prior to commencement
