Role overview
Alliance Airlines is seeking Cabin Crew for its Townsville team. The role supports resource-industry flying, private charter services and Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) operations in partnership with QantasLink, covering both domestic and international routes.
This position suits someone beginning a career in aviation or looking for the next step in a fast-moving, varied environment. The work is diverse, the pace is energetic, and no two shifts are the same.
What you will do
- Deliver attentive and professional service to passengers throughout the flight.
- Support safe and smooth cabin operations across charter, resource and RPT services.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with passengers and crew.
- Adapt quickly to changing flight schedules and operational demands.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented onboard experience.

Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old before starting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-pressure customer service position is required.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Written and spoken English must be fluent.
- You must be able to swim 50 metres without assistance.
- Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is required, including a background check.
- Before commencement, you must provide valid First Aid, CPR and RSA certificates, along with a current passport.
