Job description
Role overview
We are seeking newly qualified Chartered Accountants who have a solid grounding in taxation and a genuine interest in how artificial intelligence can reshape tax delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond using AI as a tool and instead help improve, redesign, and scale tax processes through technology.
The role sits at the intersection of tax and AI, offering the chance to work with tax, product, and technology teams on AI-enabled solutions for tax teams and clients. You will contribute tax knowledge to AI workflows, assess machine-generated outputs, spot issues or gaps, and recommend ways to make the solutions more accurate and practical.
We are especially interested in people who are curious about emerging technologies, open to experimentation, and comfortable challenging existing approaches to create better ways of working. A strong learning mindset and the ability to think critically about AI outputs are central to success in this position.
What you will do
- Bring tax expertise into AI-based workflows and solution design.
- Review AI-generated responses and outputs for accuracy and usefulness.
- Identify errors, missing logic, or compliance-related gaps in AI tools.
- Suggest enhancements to strengthen the quality and practicality of AI-enabled tax solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across tax, product, and technology to build better tools and processes.
- Support the refinement and scaling of AI-driven ways of working for tax professionals and clients.
What we are looking for
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Strong grasp of core Indian taxation concepts.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and technology-led transformation.
- Inclination to improve tax processes through innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to analyze AI outputs and give clear, structured feedback.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving capability.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams from tax, product, and technology.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to keep learning.
