Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement of factory consumables, tools, and operational materials, including gloves, uniforms, PPE, and office supplies.
- Identify, assess, and liaise with vendors to secure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and timely deliveries.
- Generate and process purchase requests and orders according to company policies.
- Monitor order progress, delivery timelines, invoice processing, and resolve any purchasing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchases, and related documentation.
- Provide daily administrative support to factory operations and coordinate site activities.
- Handle office and facility requests, including supplies and service coordination.
- Assist in managing internal documentation, reporting, data tracking, and file maintenance.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.
- Organize site events, employee programs, visitor arrangements, and additional administrative duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or factory support roles.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable about purchase order procedures and vendor relationship management.
