About the Role

As a Butler at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi, you will embody the essence of luxury service by delivering personalized and creative guest experiences. The Butler program serves as a hallmark of the brand heritage, representing the highest level of guest care. Your role involves coordinating with Butler Valets and other hotel departments to meet and anticipate guest needs from pre-arrival through departure. This position demands impeccable interpersonal skills and a strong passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest services during all phases of the stay, including pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the visit, and departure.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience and availability of Butler services.
• Lead and coordinate activities of Butler Valets to deliver consistent luxury service.
• Proactively anticipate guest requirements and fulfill them promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication, and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe workplace while performing duties that require standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months related work experience in a similar service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) educational qualification.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
