Overview
University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is Qatar’s first national applied university. It delivers applied bachelor’s and master’s degrees, along with certificates and diplomas, across a wide range of disciplines including engineering technology, industrial trades, business management, computing and information technology, health sciences, and continuing and professional education.

Role Summary
This position is responsible for delivering both technical and functional assistance for core business systems used by the institution. The role plays an important part in keeping essential services running smoothly by supporting enhancements, integrations, reporting, issue resolution, testing, and end-user assistance.
Key Duties
- Provide technical and functional support for business applications and related systems.
- Assist with system improvements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Support data and application integrations across platforms.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by internal stakeholders.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues.
- Carry out testing for fixes, updates, and new functionality.
- Offer responsive support to users and help ensure continuity of critical services.
- Handle information in line with confidentiality requirements and applicable institutional and government rules.
