Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational support and optimization across regions and countries, managing procurement, purchase orders, payments, agent commissions, VME payments and expenses, marketing expense management, logistics, and procurement projects.
• Establish and maintain compliance controls to supervise the full operational chain, identifying and mitigating potential risks while continuously refining processes based on operational pain points.
• Analyze accumulated data related to procurement and expenses, producing regular management reports that inform business strategies and resource allocation decisions.
• Track and monitor budgets, including VME and other categories, to ensure financial efficiency and issue early warnings on budget usage and efficiency across territories and projects.
• Serve as a core liaison between sales operations, marketing, headquarters, and regional markets to align strategies, coordinate workflows, and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage daily vehicle operations, including procurement or leasing, allocation, insurance, maintenance, cost settlement, record keeping, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliant and effective vehicle use.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years experience in business support, procurement, finance or sales operations, fleet management, or similar functions.
• Proven track record managing procurement-to-payment workflows, budget oversight, expense controls, and supplier management.
• Experience with company vehicle/fleet management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities for data consolidation, operational issue identification, and actionable solution recommendations.
• Good grasp of internal controls, compliance, and operational risk mitigation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills capable of handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders across markets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills suitable for a diverse, international workplace.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are beneficial.
