Role Summary

The Business Strategy Analyst (GTM) will collaborate closely with the General Manager to formulate and drive strategies that accelerate revenue growth within one of the fastest-growing fintech firms in the APAC region. This role bridges the realms of strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and commercial decision-making, requiring the analysis of business data to uncover growth prospects and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to spearhead go-to-market and commercial growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and sales metrics to detect revenue-generating opportunities.
• Support GTM strategies across diverse products, market segments, and sales channels.
• Generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to boost growth metrics.
• Oversee CRM management, including pipeline quality, forecasting, and reporting.
• Enhance GTM execution by improving funnel analytics and conversion tracking.
• Create and maintain dashboards that facilitate informed commercial decision-making.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy of GTM and sales data across various systems.
• Design and refine end-to-end GTM workflows from lead generation through onboarding.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process enhancements.
• Standardize GTM procedures to support scalable expansion.
• Support cross-departmental GTM, sales, and product projects including market and competitor analysis.
• Lead ad-hoc problem-solving initiatives related to commercial and GTM challenges for senior leadership.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve overall performance and execution.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 3 years of experience within management consulting, strategic roles, finance, or dynamic start-up environments; exceptional fresh graduates with substantial commercial acumen and relevant internship or project involvement will also be considered.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with structured thinking, especially regarding commercial performance and GTM strategies.
• Proactive attitude with a consistent commitment to exceeding expectations.
• A robust sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-focused, disciplined, and oriented towards effective execution.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
