As a Business Pro, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to supporting businesses' success by developing and nurturing relationships with small and medium business clients. You will leverage deep knowledge of Apple products and services, local industry trends, and business challenges to provide meaningful solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and sustain engagements with business customers by demonstrating how Apple technology and complementary third-party solutions can enhance their business operations and customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements, identifying potential opportunities for ownership, presenting appropriate solutions, and educating customers on purchasing options.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on business solutions within the retail team and mentor colleagues on understanding business clientele and offerings.
  • Participate in business-focused sessions, workshops, and events by recommending targeted solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account transitions aligned with customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage business performance through strategic account oversight, pipeline development, and opportunity management using CRM and related tools.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and compliance with all Retail Business programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide additional customer support and service related to your business domain as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in compliance with local laws.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in business solutions involving Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written.

  • Proven track record of achieving strong results in technology or business solutions sales.
  • Ability to adapt communication style effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Capability to function in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions under pressure.
  • Strong skills building rapport internally and externally with business owners and executives.

  • Advanced skills in negotiation, interpersonal communication, learning agility, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Specialized knowledge in mobility adoption and business transformation supported by understanding of Small and Medium Business industries and technology trends.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems to support role functions.
