Job description
Role Overview
Belgravia Parks is looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee a regional tourism and holiday park portfolio. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism and focuses on improving day-to-day performance, commercial results, guest experience, and ongoing operational standards across several locations.
This is a strong fit for a hands-on, strategic professional who can lead in a fast-moving environment, balance business priorities, and build capable teams that deliver consistent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational delivery and performance across a multi-site tourism portfolio.
- Guide, coach, and develop Park Managers so they can deliver high standards across their sites.
- Improve financial outcomes through budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Maintain compliance with safety, risk, governance, and contract requirements.
- Support growth opportunities, contract renewal, and retention efforts.
- Build productive relationships with councils, community groups, and other key partners.
- Identify efficiency gains and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage capital works activity and monitor asset performance across the portfolio.
- Use reporting and operational data to support decisions and improve results.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading multi-site or multi-unit operations, along with a track record of strong commercial and financial performance. You should be comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis, and be confident leading teams through change and improvement.
You will also need experience handling complex stakeholder relationships, strong communication and influencing ability, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
Desirable Experience
- Background in tourism, hospitality, holiday parks, or facilities management.
- Experience in community-focused or contract management settings.
- Exposure to Power BI or a similar reporting tool.
- Knowledge of grounds, horticulture, or asset management operations.
Required Checks
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check or an equivalent clearance.
- National Police Check.
