Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to refine forecasting techniques for ATM cash management.
• Ensure ATMs and cashpoints maintain optimal service levels by balancing cash availability and minimizing outages.
• Review and suggest enhancements to existing cash optimization workflows.
• Integrate and assess diverse data sets to spot trends, anomalies, and root causes related to ATM operations.
• Evaluate large-scale ATM transaction data to measure performance and identify service deficits.
• Track ATM uptime metrics, determining factors that influence availability and transaction volumes.
• Conduct root cause analyses for transaction failures and operational performance drops.
• Develop detailed impact reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to implement corrective measures that improve service quality.
• Maintain robust working relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support team performance management, including training, evaluation, and development activities.
• Assist operational shifts during weekends and public holidays as required.
• Participate in rotational shifts aligned with various time zones internationally.
