Overview
Join the esteemed NARS brand as a Business Manager at Brown Thomas Dundrum, working 37.5 hours across five days per week. Role Purpose
In this role, you will lead and inspire a small team to excel in customer engagement through expert artistry and brand knowledge. You will foster strong client connections by showcasing the brand's heritage and innovative formulations, maximizing sales opportunities and nurturing customer loyalty. Accountability for business outcomes is key, as is building external partnerships and driving continual performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and coach your team to consistently deliver superior customer experiences aligned with NARS standards.
- Utilize brand storytelling and product expertise to engage customers and identify sales prospects.
- Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with Area Manager, HR, and Education teams to meet KPIs and sales objectives.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and external partners to broaden customer base and ensure sustained loyalty.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in retail management and leading teams.
- Strong background in makeup artistry, preferably with formal qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with sales and education leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in coaching and developing personnel.
