Overview
We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Business Manager with proven expertise in governance, performance management, assurance, and corporate administration to join the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Office. This pivotal role supports the delivery of key strategic priorities within the Chief Nurse Division, contributing to nursing, midwifery, and allied health professional leadership at a senior operational level.
Role Purpose
The post holder will deliver senior-level operational and corporate management support to the Chief Nursing Officer, Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, and the wider NMAHP Senior Leadership Team. This involves ensuring effective coordination of divisional activities across areas such as quality, workforce, performance, assurance, commissioning, and other strategic objectives. The position provides a vital interface between the Chief Nurse Division and Trust-wide corporate functions to facilitate and align efforts with organizational goals.
