Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join the team on Swinley Ward and Gynae Assessment Unit at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust. Swinley Ward is a busy 26-bed female ward known for its high patient acuity and fast turnover, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain superior cleanliness standards throughout the ward.
- Manage stock levels by conducting regular audits and ordering necessary ward supplies.
- Provide refreshments to patients post-operation.
- Perform daily and weekly checks compliant with infection control protocols.
Work Schedule
The position requires working 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to cover weekdays as needed.
