Overview
We are seeking a driven and goal-focused Business Loan Sales Executive to become part of our team. The role involves identifying new clients, explaining various business loan products, generating leads, managing documentation procedures, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source leads via phone calls, referrals, on-field visits, and digital channels.
- Market financial products such as Business Loans, Working Capital, Overdraft (OD), Loan Against Property (LAP), among others.
- Assess customer funding needs and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
- Liaise with banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) to facilitate loan processing.
- Gather and verify necessary customer documentation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers until loans are disbursed.
- Build and nurture customer relationships encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Keep customer information updated in the CRM system and prepare daily sales reports.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates or undergraduates preferred.
- Between six months to three years experience in Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or banking sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and CRM tools is advantageous.
