Role overview

Monee is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on credit products in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and AI initiatives, supporting teams across credit, retail finance, operations, promotions, and collections. You will turn business questions into measurable analysis, build reliable reporting assets, and help shape the performance tracking for new AI-driven features.

What you will do

• Work closely with stakeholders in credit and retail finance to clarify business challenges, choose the right analytical approach, and deliver insights that can be acted on.
• Analyze and monitor performance across core credit areas such as conversion funnels, A/B tests, campaign outcomes, CRM engagement, collections, product journeys, and customer segmentation.
• Support BI efforts for new AI projects, including Promotion AI CRM and Collection AI Chatbot, by setting success measures, defining experiment structures, creating monitoring dashboards, and reviewing results after launch.
• Combine information from business applications, marketing datasets, operational records, product event logs, and warehouse tables to produce integrated datasets, reports, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Create, maintain, and improve BI reports, Data Studio dashboards, Google Sheets templates, and management reporting tools with well-defined metrics and dependable refresh logic.
• Review business metrics and data integrity carefully, including metric definitions, time windows, partition logic, join levels, funnel attribution, duplicate records, and unusual changes in trends.
• Streamline internal work through automation, reusable templates, validation steps, and AI-assisted BI processes to improve productivity and reporting precision.
• Partner with data engineering, product, and technology teams to strengthen data marts, tracking setup, pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data products, data engineering, or a similar function.
• Strong SQL capability, including complex extraction, joins, aggregations, window functions, funnel analysis, and data validation; Python experience for analysis or automation is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one reporting or visualization tool such as Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or Google Sheets.
• Solid commercial understanding and analytical reasoning, with the ability to convert business questions into measurable metrics, structured analysis, and useful recommendations.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality, including validation of definitions, sampling logic, date ranges, join granularity, and outliers.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, backed by clear communication and a strong sense of ownership.
• Background in finance, banking, consumer finance, credit, payments, risk, CRM, collections, growth marketing, or A/B testing would be advantageous.
• Exposure to AI products, GenAI tools, chatbots, intelligent marketing, analytics automation, or LLM-assisted data workflows is beneficial.
