About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end growth strategy for a key business line. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition metrics, and key performance indicators for a designated business segment.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial acquisition through to retention and conversion.
- Formulate and implement quarterly growth strategies that align with overarching organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional execution by fostering collaboration and alignment among marketing, retail, partnerships, creative, CRM, and performance teams, even without direct managerial oversight.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by meticulously analyzing funnel performance, pinpointing bottlenecks, and translating insights into concrete actions.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, strategic experiments, and other key growth initiatives.
- Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, implementing automation, and scaling repeatable processes.

Requirements
- Possess prior experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting, or leadership roles within startups.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimization, customer journey mapping, and established growth frameworks.
- Exhibit a proven capacity to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and achieve alignment without direct authority.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, with a history of leveraging data to inform decisions and measure performance effectively.
- Show a demonstrated track record of achieving tangible business growth and significant commercial impact.
