Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative based in Singapore, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, particularly within the Thailand market. Your consultative sales expertise will help establish durable relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. You will showcase Workday’s technology as an innovative alternative to traditional ERP systems and cultivate customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and inform the market about Workday’s technological solutions and applications.
- Create new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calls and prospecting focused on the Thailand region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders by understanding their business challenges and future plans to tailor Workday's solutions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, country managers, and marketing professionals to devise strategies for expanding business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both English and Thai is mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience and market insight related to sales in Thailand.
- Proven leadership capabilities through sports, academics, or other initiatives, acting with initiative and influence.
- Strong intrinsic motivation and commitment to personal achievement and continuous development in professional endeavors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for quickly establishing rapport and connecting with various stakeholders.

Flexible Work Approach
Workday supports a blended work model combining remote and in-person time. The expectation is spending at least 50% of your time quarterly in office or customer-facing settings, enabling you to balance flexibility with meaningful team engagements.
