Team Overview
As part of our diverse Value Management team, you will assist prospective clients in building persuasive business cases for transformative initiatives and help current customers measure and amplify the benefits derived from Workday solutions. We serve as strategic consultants to Sales and Regional Leadership, collaborating cross-functionally to shape account strategies, develop value messaging, and highlight Workday’s distinct advantages during the sales journey. You will engage with senior executives at potential clients to uncover strategic challenges and demonstrate how Workday’s technology aligns with their corporate goals.
Role Summary
This individual contributor role involves direct customer engagement and close partnership with sales leadership within a defined territory. You will autonomously manage your workload, gaining a thorough understanding of customers' strategies and needs. Your contributions will include initiating and guiding discussions with executives, developing compelling C-level presentations, and crafting investment proposals, thus playing a pivotal role in clients’ HR and Finance digital transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive consulting engagements with prospects and clients in collaboration with sales teams.
- Clearly articulate Workday’s value proposition to senior business audiences through engaging presentations.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with key business, functional, and IT stakeholders.
- Perform quantitative analyses, including ROI modeling and benchmarking.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership by supporting sales strategies and execution.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives and develop value-selling tools; work with global cross-functional teams on impactful projects.
- Present at major Workday events alongside leading organizations to showcase value delivery.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management consulting, corporate or business strategy, M&A strategy, or value selling within enterprise software.
- Proven track record in conducting business analysis to support investment decisions for clients and prospects.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation capabilities for customer workshops and collaboration across various internal and client stakeholders.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% across APAC, ASEAN, and North Asia regions.
