About the Role
Join Salesforce in Dublin as a Business Development Representative supporting the French market. In this role, you will help drive growth for the sales organization by creating new pipeline, supporting account expansion, and partnering closely with Account Executives. The position focuses on Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce, with an emphasis on AI, data, and CRM-led transformation.
The recruitment team may review one application across multiple relevant sales teams, so a single submission can be considered by several hiring groups. To preserve the best applicant experience, candidates are asked to limit applications to a maximum of three roles in a 12-month period to avoid duplicate efforts.

Relocation Support Includes
- Support begins as soon as the offer is accepted.

- Assistance is provided for PPS applications, housing searches, and relocation benefits.
- New hires receive onboarding support at the Dublin campus on day one.
What You Will Do

The company also uses AI tools to support recruiter review of resumes and qualifications, while final hiring decisions remain human-led.

Benefits and Growth
Employees receive a broad support package that includes wellbeing resources, flexibility, career development opportunities, and community-focused benefits. The role also offers exposure to world-class AI and sales training, mentorship, and a path for advancement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
