Role Summary
We seek a highly organized, motivated Business Development Officer to collaborate closely with our CEO, who manages a demanding and dynamic schedule. Your key responsibility is to act as the strategic partner of the CEO by organizing priorities, documenting meeting notes clearly, and ensuring effective follow-up and completion of all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and daily communications efficiently.
- Assist in prioritizing the CEO's goals and time management to concentrate on critical objectives.
- Leverage AI-powered productivity tools to optimize daily workflows.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Convert strategic meeting discussions into actionable task lists and project steps.
- Take ownership of coordinating follow-ups with internal departments (development, marketing, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, investors) to ensure comprehensive task completion.
- Support research efforts to discover new business prospects.
- Draft thorough project proposals, defining scope and cost estimations clearly.
- Prepare presentations and briefing documents to ready the CEO for important meetings with external parties.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of two years of experience in business, management, or executive assistance roles.
- Proven proficiency in CRM software.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent productivity enhancers.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with proactive problem-solving aptitude.
- Good grasp of fundamental technology principles including software and data.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Quick learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
