Job description

Role overview

This position supports the Maintenance Offering and Sales Development Manager in shaping and rolling out a frontline maintenance sales strategy and service offering. The role is focused on reviewing performance data, identifying practical improvements, helping implement internal sales programs, and enabling sales teams to use the right tools effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Review maintenance offering, pricing information, and performance indicators to spot trends and gaps.
  • Translate analysis into concrete recommendations and improvement actions.
  • Keep sales, tendering, and pricing tools up to date, including relevant price lists.
  • Train sales teams on how to use sales, tendering, and sales management systems.
  • Help sales teams optimize role allocation and clarify responsibilities based on local business needs, such as customer base, segment mix, renegotiation and conversion volumes, and claims activity.
  • Support the use of internal and external data to build stronger sales plans.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Contribute to the development of local offering and pricing approaches.
  • Assist with coordination of improvement initiatives and development programs within the unit.
  • Support the rollout of internal sales programs.
  • Assist with the introduction, ramp-up, and ramp-down of products and new releases.
  • Support marketing efforts and campaigns by helping create materials that communicate the value and advantages of the maintenance offering to sales managers and salespeople.
  • Assist with demand planning and forecasting between frontline teams and supply functions, including repairs and spare parts.

Requirements and experience

  • Background in business performance management is preferred.
  • Strong experience in sales or sales management is required.
  • Experience in an industry, construction, or similar B2B environment is an advantage.
  • Prior contract experience is needed.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Experience delivering presentations is important.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, especially with Salesforce, is expected.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel ability is required.
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • A data-led approach to decision-making is essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team.
