The role
As Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with creating, developing, and winning new opportunities across enterprise technology and professional services. You will work with senior stakeholders in large organisations, strengthen strategic relationships, and guide prospects from first conversation through to signed deal.
In partnership with technical and delivery teams, you will use a consultative approach to uncover client pain points and present tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will be central to expanding the company’s footprint in New Zealand and building strong credibility in the enterprise technology space.
What you need to succeed
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, with ServiceNow or a comparable platform considered essential.
- A strong record of success in enterprise technology sales, ICT consulting sales, or business development within professional services.
- Background in selling complex solutions into large corporate environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management capability, including the ability to influence executives, technology leaders, and commercial decision-makers.
- A consultative sales style centred on understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Existing connections or a professional network within New Zealand’s enterprise technology market will be a plus.
- Strong commercial judgement, personal accountability, and the ability to work independently.
