Job Overview
Axis Bank Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their Customer Acquisition via effective sales and marketing strategies. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and requires significant fieldwork across Delhi-NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new CASA accounts through field marketing, cold calls, and referrals.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales goals including opening new accounts and promoting products such as Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to facilitate cross-selling of various banking products.
- Engage in extensive outdoor activities and local travel for customer interaction.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Open to freshers (including those from Axis Sales Academy) or candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and lead generation are essential.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for travel purposes.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 70,000 INR.
