Job Overview

The Relationship Officer role entails driving sales for life insurance products by engaging potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and advising appropriate insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets related to life insurance offerings.
• Interact with prospective customers to assess their financial protection needs.
• Suggest suitable life insurance plans utilizing cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Develop and sustain strong customer connections to promote client retention and policy renewals.
• Use company-assigned leads effectively while generating new business through local networking efforts.
• Keep customer data accurate and up-to-date within internal databases.
• Complete weekly goal sheets and actively engage in sales initiatives and contests.
• Maintain high-quality business by ensuring a balanced product mix, policy persistence, and robust lead conversion rates.
• Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Holder of a graduate degree in any field.
• Prior sales experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Established network within the local marketplace.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Additional Information

• Salary range: INR 25,000 to 44,000 monthly.
• Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
