Role overview

In this position, you play a central part in shaping the company’s digital backbone. Your focus will be on building efficient, scalable, and future-ready workflows while supporting day-to-day operations through smart automations and technical problem-solving.

Black Forest Production GmbH is working toward becoming one of Germany’s leading marketing agencies in video and performance marketing, with a strong internal emphasis on digital and automated processes.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and improve digital workflows and automations across the business
• Build automation scenarios in Make.com and connect tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
• Track ongoing processes, identify issues, and resolve technical problems
• Create documentation, train colleagues, and hand over processes to the team
• Provide first-level technical support for internal IT topics such as MacBooks, tools, and user accounts
• Serve as a contact person for the management and project leads on digital process topics

What we are looking for

You should have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science, or bring equivalent hands-on experience in digital process development. Practical experience with tools such as Make, Airtable, and ClickUp is important.

Candidates who have worked under related titles such as business informatics specialist, IT specialist, or a role focused on IT management, digitalization, and processes are also encouraged to apply, as long as they bring a strong understanding of modern tools, a practical mindset, and the ability to translate complex workflows into efficient solutions. You will receive structured onboarding into the company’s systems.

• Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable practical qualification
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Make.com, Airtable, and ClickUp
• Strong technical understanding and a high level of initiative
• Structured way of working with a clear process mindset
• Very good written and spoken German
• Confident use of Apple MacBook devices and digital tools
• Professional appearance and a dependable working style
