Your role

Key tasks
- Reach out to potential new customers by phone.
- Conduct initial no-cost calls to understand client needs.
- Contact existing leads already stored in the system by phone.
- Organize appointments for strategy consultants and handle the preparation and follow-up work around those meetings.
- Record call outcomes and maintain the CRM system carefully.
