Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals to join Yell as Business Development Managers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about surpassing sales targets and rewarded with attractive bonuses. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base by offering tailored digital marketing services in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that fosters career progression and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through both personal initiative and company-supplied leads, fostering new client relationships.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and customize digital marketing offerings accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales to contribute significantly to revenue growth.
  • Manage client accounts post-sale, providing ongoing support and relationship management for up to one year.
  • Analyze data to uncover growth prospects that enhance client return on investment and sustain long-term business success.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrable success in sales environments, preferably in field sales or high-performing telesales roles.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships and strong negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and positivity when facing and overcoming challenges or objections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with solution selling or SaaS platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A valid UK driving license with no more than six penalty points is mandatory.

  • Competitive base salary starting at £35,875, with on-target bonus potential of £53,875.
