Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new client prospects to consistently meet or exceed financial targets.
- Conduct thorough research and qualification of potential clients, deliver customized presentations, effectively communicate solutions, and arrange meetings to foster business opportunities.
- Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and accurate, assist in marketing initiatives, collaborate with multiple departments, and oversee the full sales cycle from the initial contact through to deal closure.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales within market research or a related field, holding a university degree, with a strong commercial mindset and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships with varied stakeholders.
- Highly organized and self-driven with excellent communication skills, able to perform efficiently under pressure, manage deadlines, work collaboratively, and consistently achieve pre-sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office suite, along with a good understanding of marketing concepts and knowledge of the healthcare sector to support business development efforts.
Additional Information
