EasySkill is a rapidly expanding career academy in Surat with branches at Adajan, Vesu, and Bhestan, recognized for equipping students with job-ready skills. We are enlarging our admissions team and seeking motivated individuals to join us.

Role Overview

In this position, you will engage with prospective students and their parents who have already expressed interest, eliminating the need for cold outreach. Your responsibilities include persistent follow-ups, advising candidates on suitable courses, and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to incoming leads via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Implement a systematic follow-up process, understanding that most admissions conclude between the 3rd and 7th interaction.
• Conduct counseling sessions and finalize student enrollments.
• Address concerns regarding fees, outcomes, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi with working knowledge of English.
• Strong persuasion skills with persistence and a target-oriented mindset.
• Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in sales, telecalling, counseling, or BPO; fresh graduates with potential are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable using smartphones and CRM software.
