About the Position
EasySkill Career Academy is seeking experienced Digital Marketing Trainers to join its centres in Adajan, Vesu, and Bhestan, Surat. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering hands-on digital marketing education rather than theory-based lectures, using real business examples, live tools, campaigns, and assignments to train students effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting practical digital marketing classes with live demonstrations and projects.
- Teaching key areas including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Developing lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and projects to enhance learning.
- Evaluating student submissions and providing detailed, structured feedback.
- Assisting students in creating job-ready portfolios and case studies.
- Preparing learners for employment, internships, and freelancing opportunities.
- Monitoring attendance, assignments, and overall student progress.
- Recording selected sessions for integration into EasySkill’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Updating and aligning training materials with current industry trends.
- Supporting students with improvement plans to strengthen weak areas.
- Collaborating with academic and placement teams to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Participating in faculty development sessions and quality audits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years of practical digital marketing experience with direct exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Proven ability to conduct live demonstrations of digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to teach beginners.
- Willingness to create and administer practical assignments and assessments.
- Ability to join immediately or within 15 days and work onsite at an EasySkill centre in Surat.
- Completion of a practical test and teaching demonstration as part of the selection process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets independently.
- Background in agency, EdTech, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), or lead generation industries.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading teams.
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking techniques.
- Experience in creating digital marketing content for courses or LMS platforms.
- Demonstrated success in training students for employment or freelancing with measurable campaign outcomes.
Technical Skills Required
- Competence with Meta Ads Manager including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Expertise in Google Search and Display Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong SEO knowledge including keyword research techniques.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking methodologies.
- Experience in Google Search Console usage.
- Understanding of social media and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop landing pages and sales funnels.
- Email and WhatsApp marketing tactics.
- Utilization of AI tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Skills in campaign reporting and data analysis.
