Business Development Executive

Role overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow Cult.Fit’s customer reach and accelerate business expansion in Bengaluru. In this position, you will spot new revenue opportunities, connect with prospective clients, and support the broader sales approach. The role calls for strong prospect engagement, the ability to understand client needs, and the skill to recommend solutions that fit the company’s fitness and wellness offerings. What you will do

• Find and actively pursue fresh business prospects using networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term growth.

• Create and present persuasive pitches that highlight Cult.Fit’s products and services.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience.
• Contribute to sales goals and help drive overall team performance.
• Monitor sales results, maintain reporting, and share timely updates with management.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal ability to network and build trust.
• Prior exposure to sales or business development, ideally in fitness, wellness, or a related domain.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret market movements and customer requirements.
• Comfort using CRM tools to track prospects and manage client interactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis and presentations.
• Self-driven attitude, target orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in fitness and wellness, along with a commitment to encouraging healthy living.
