Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha for a Sales Marketing Executive who will help grow business opportunities and strengthen client relationships while promoting the company’s manpower services across target industries.
Key Duties
The role includes identifying potential business leads, nurturing client relationships, and presenting the company’s solutions to prospective customers. You will also carry out market research, prepare sales decks and proposals, answer client queries, and follow up on leads to support target achievement.
In addition, the position involves planning and rolling out marketing initiatives, assisting with both digital and offline promotion, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service details are accurate, and providing timely support to clients. Tracking sales results, compiling reports, and suggesting ideas to improve market presence and brand visibility are also important parts of the job.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have strong planning ability for marketing activities, good research and analysis skills, and a solid track record in sales, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure in a B2B setting. Clear communication skills are essential for client interaction, presentations, and team coordination.
Experience in manpower supply, staffing, or similar industries within Qatar or the GCC will be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. The role also requires the ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales goals.
Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and basic digital marketing methods will be helpful. English fluency is required, and Arabic or another language is a plus. A valid Qatar driving licence is also needed.
