Role Summary

The Senior Executive - Facilities will be responsible for managing the daily functioning of the facilities operation across Cult, FF, and any additional formats. The role is centered on maintaining 99.9% uptime, resolving facility-related issues quickly, putting systems and procedures into practice on the ground, and coordinating with vendors to keep services running without interruption. A strong focus is also placed on working within budget and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the everyday operations of the facilities function across Cult, FF, and other applicable formats while ensuring smooth support to operations and maintaining 99.9% uptime.
  • Close facility-related tickets raised by center operations, audits, quality teams, or through other ticketing tools, including issues linked to center launches, FLS, and related requirements.
  • Translate systems and procedures into on-ground execution so facility support remains reliable and operates within approved budgets.
  • Manage support services in a cost-disciplined manner and work toward annual savings through budget control and new cost-optimization ideas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and pre-assigned SPOCs to maintain full service uptime, while also creating backup options for critical vendors to handle emergencies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors capable of handling routine maintenance activities across centers.
  • Carry out business continuity-related checks on equipment and machines with support from AMCs and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of refresh and facelift work, ensuring activities are completed on time.
  • Inspect vendor workmanship and materials, identify improvement areas, and communicate the value of any corrective measures.
  • Maintain and circulate MIS and facility-related data for the respective regions, including provisions, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget-versus-actual reports.
  • Perform routine checks and verifications to confirm that systems and processes are running efficiently and that downtime is eliminated as far as possible.
