- Define governance models, KPIs, and dashboards for asset lifecycle tracking, compliance, and cost performance.
- Prepare and maintain reports on asset inventory, lifecycle stage, licence compliance, and financial exposure.
- Partner with platform and tools teams, such as ServiceNow, to configure and improve ITAM, SAM, and HAM controls, dashboards, and processes.
- Identify and drive automation for asset discovery, lifecycle monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting using tools such as Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
- Ensure ITAM platforms integrate effectively with endpoint, identity, and infrastructure systems.
- Advise IT and business stakeholders on how strong asset lifecycle management can improve performance, reduce risk, and lower costs.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for ITSM-related ITAM activities.
- Coordinate asset inventory checks and support audits when required.
