Job description
Role overview
The Senior Facilities Executive is responsible for the smooth running of daily facilities operations across all locations. The position is centered on keeping service availability at 99.9%, ensuring operational support is always dependable and timely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the everyday functioning of the facilities team across Cult, FF, and any other applicable format, while supporting operations with 99.9% uptime.
- Track, prioritize, and close facility-related tickets raised by center operations, audits, quality teams, and other stakeholders through the relevant ticketing systems, covering facilities, center launches, FLS, and related tasks.
- Roll out systems and procedures on the ground so that facilities support remains consistently available within approved budgets.
- Manage support-service spending carefully, work toward annual savings targets, and identify practical cost-optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors and designated SPOCs to maintain uninterrupted service, build backup options for critical vendors, and identify new vendors for routine maintenance across centers.
- Oversee testing of equipment and machines from a business continuity perspective with the help of AMCs and preventive maintenance plans.
- Monitor and supervise refresh and facelift work to ensure it is completed on time.
- Inspect workmanship and materials used by vendors, highlight improvement areas, and communicate the value of required upgrades.
- Maintain and circulate facilities-related MIS and trackers, including provisions, PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget-versus-actual reports for the relevant regions.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and validations to keep all systems operating efficiently with zero downtime.
Additional information
Relevant exposure to facility management, technical work, and soft skills is expected. The role is based onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
