Its CCBP 4.0 programs use vernacular learning to make tech education more accessible and effective, and its learners have gone on to join major companies across India and beyond.
Role Overview
This role is for a Business Development Associate who can support prospective learners through career guidance, explain program value clearly, and help close enrollments while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a mentor and career advisor for prospective learners.
- Speak with leads to counsel them on learning paths and how the CCBP 4.0 programs can support career growth.
- Communicate the benefits and differentiation of the programs effectively.
- Handle the full sales closure process for assigned leads, including calls, video conversations, demos, closing discussions, and follow-up after enrollment.
- Keep accurate records of lead conversations and share regular feedback on lead quality with the relevant team.
- Work toward weekly revenue and enrollment goals.
What You Need
- Strong Marathi communication skills along with good interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- A completed graduation degree; candidates currently pursuing any degree are not eligible.
- High commitment, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build trust quickly, show empathy, and remain patient with prospects.
- Organized sales approach with the ability to manage funnels, track feedback, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfort with a sales-driven role and the ability to clearly explain offerings to prospective learners.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Prior experience in direct customer interaction is a plus.
- Previous exposure to EdTech sales is an added advantage.
Languages
Marathi must be spoken natively. English proficiency will be beneficial.
Work Location and Schedule
This is a work-from-office position based in Pune. The working pattern is 6 days per week, with Saturday as the weekly off.
Compensation
The annual CTC is up to INR 6,00,000, including performance-linked incentives.
