ShareChat is hiring a Business Development Associate to work from home. The role focuses on building new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales growth in a fast-moving social media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen potential leads through cold outreach, networking, and referral channels.
• Build dependable relationships with both current and prospective customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions that fit those requirements.
• Drive negotiations and convert opportunities into closed deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle customer issues and complaints quickly, professionally, and with care.

Eligibility and requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience to apply.

• Fluency in either Telugu or Kannada is required.
• Capability to conduct sales calls and consistently work toward sales targets.
• Good awareness of regional social media platforms and trends, especially in the Astrology and devotion category.
• Strong understanding of ShareChat, its users, and the target audience.
• Ability to work independently, stay effective under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for team collaboration.
• Proven history of goal-oriented work and successful strategy execution.
• Well-developed organizational and detail-oriented working habits.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Additional information

This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The compensation is INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,10,000 per year. There is 1 opening, and the role is expected to start immediately. The application deadline is 2026-08-06 23:59:59.
