Role summary

This is a field-based, travel-heavy sales role focused on building awareness for NIAT in the assigned region. The job involves generating student leads, driving applications for the NAT exam, and engaging with schools, colleges, and students through outreach and live demo sessions.

Work location and schedule

The position is based in Noida, India, with PAN India field deployment depending on language and region. The role requires six working days per week.

Compensation and benefits

  • Total earning potential goes up to 10 LPA.
  • Fixed compensation can be as high as 6 LPA.
  • Retention bonus of 1 LPA is included.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to arrange and conduct student demo sessions.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with school and college principals as well as other education partners.
  • Run on-ground promotional activities such as stalls, events, and campaigns to increase awareness.

Candidate profile

Applicants should be comfortable working in the field, traveling frequently, and meeting targets. The role is suited for people who enjoy direct student engagement and on-ground sales activity.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in Hindi along with basic English.
  • Genuine interest in education, student outreach, and field sales work.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or counseling.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits; reimbursements are available.
  • Own a two-wheeler and laptop, and hold a valid driving licence.
