Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site business development role for a fresher focused on consultative sales and enrollment support. The position involves speaking with parents and adult learners, running counseling conversations, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the full conversion journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with parents and adult learners and arrange impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions.
  • Use a consultative approach to explain value, respond to concerns, and influence key decision-makers toward enrollment.
  • Own the sales process from the first touchpoint through to final conversion, with disciplined follow-ups and closure management.
