Business Architecture Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Architecture Specialist to partner with senior clients on the effective implementation of nCino, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. This role involves leading client workshops, shaping functional solutions aligned with best practices, and supporting solution delivery within the Salesforce and nCino ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to advise on nCino implementation strategies that optimise platform utilization.
• Facilitate and lead client-driven workshops to customise and design nCino solutions tailored to business needs.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and functional designs, leveraging standard nCino features.
• Develop functional and process designs adhering to recognised best practices.
• Deliver presentations of solution prototypes and playbacks to relevant stakeholders.
• Build, configure, and conduct testing of nCino solutions or provide guidance to delivery teams on these activities.
• Work closely with technical architects and project teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
• Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements within the nCino practice.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Deep understanding of functional solution design and business process mapping methodologies.
• Previous exposure to client-facing roles such as consulting, business analysis, or functional delivery.
• Aptitude for converting business demands into clear, executable functional solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability.
• Experience covering the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Working knowledge or experience in banking or financial services is highly advantageous.
• Certifications relevant to Salesforce and/or nCino are desirable.
