About the Role and Company
Accenture is a global leader in professional services specializing in digital innovation, cloud technologies, and security solutions. They are currently seeking a Business Architecture Senior Analyst based in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive end-to-end Salesforce integration solutions, including defining data flows, business process mapping, and managing data objects.
- Engage in hands-on development using Apex, Salesforce SOAP & REST web services, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, Apex Classes, SOQL & SOSL, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.
- Implement robust error handling, adhere to best practices for triggers, utilize design patterns, and create reusable business logic.
- Apply Salesforce recommended standards across data modeling, interface design, security, and code development.
- Develop and execute complex sharing models using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Create rigorous test plans ensuring code coverage, optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
- Coordinate with offshore teams, managing schedules to guarantee timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and release/environment management.
- Practical experience in a technical leadership or Salesforce development capacity.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Working Conditions
The role is onsite in Auckland and Wellington with a standard work schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
