Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Help transform business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to detect trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Technology, Product, Operations, and Sales departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating and maintaining data integrity.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and prepare related documentation.
- Provide support to senior analysts on ongoing projects and client-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and foundational data analysis principles.
- Familiarity with business operations and experience in gathering requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
